With over a decade working in regulatory compliance Mr. Joncas has a proven history of implementing and developing regulatory compliance solutions. Mr. Joncas, along with his business partner, started his entrepreneurial career with launching Spinnaker Solutions Consulting Services Inc. which caters to the Environmental Health and Safety software needs of people working in chemical, petrochemical, flavors & fragrance and inks & coatings companies. In 2008, Mr. Joncas co-founded TradeWind Compliance Inc. to respond to the growing need for a due diligence solution regarding free trade agreements.
